With over thirty (30) years of expertise in the regulated and deregulated energy sectors, Deb is focused on advancing innovative energy & renewables solutions for industrial and commercial customers.   She is an outcome-driven leader with a proven track record of delivery. Her strengths include building highly effective & diverse teams and leading change.  Deb Lenny will be working directly with Utility Advantage’s clients to develop and implement programs and consulting services including energy procurement, renewable energy assessments, facility audits, benchmarking, EV projects, Energy & Sustainability master planning and more.
