Casey Fitzgerald discussed the importance of benchmarking as a first steep in assessing the relative energy efficiency of a building or portfolio of buildings using EnergyStar’s Portfolio Manager platform.  

The State of New Jersey has mandated that all commercial buildings >25,000 square feet provide their benchmarking results to the state each year.  The compliance deadline is July 1st for the 2024 reports.
