Laurie Wiegand-Jackson
Laurie Wiegand‑Jackson, President and founder of Utility Advantage, brings 35 years of expertise in U.S. wholesale and retail energy, utility rates, DSM, CHP, and renewables.
Former AEE president (2007) and DER’s Hall of Fame inductee (2016), she founded Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) to advance women’s leadership in the energy sector. She serves on the Executive Boards of the Association of Energy Engineers and the Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance.
Laurie enjoys gardening, mentoring and helping others with her podcast “In This World, a podcast for Life’s Journey through Tough Times”.

Gerald Jackson
Gerald Jackson, Vice President of Business Development at Utility Advantage, develops and supports key accounts as well as the company’s safety and technology policies and platforms, leveraging over a decade in energy, IT, and security with North America Power Partners, G Line Fitness, and Jazz Security.
Gerald is known for his many safety tips – including “keep your head on a swivel”. He serves as a minister in the Church of God in Christ in Austin, TX.

Deb Lenny
Deb Lenny is the Director of Program Management and Consulting Services for Utility Advantage. With over thirty (30) years of expertise in the energy sector, Deb is focused on advancing innovative energy & renewables solutions for industrial and commercial customers. She is an outcome-driven leader with a proven track record of delivery and excels at building highly effective & diverse teams and leading change.
Deb graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. She also has an MBA from LaSalle University.
She is a Six Sigma Green Belt (2005) and Lean Practitioner (2007). Prior to joining Utility Advantage, she worked as an engineer and in various leadership positions at PSE&G, HESS Corporation, Direct Energy and NRG Business.

Allison Muehe, P.E
Allison Muehe, a licensed professional engineer and an AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM), serves as a senior consultant at Utility Advantage, bringing 15 years of engineering expertise —including seven in energy consulting. Her background spans energy conservation and process optimization for commercial, agriculture, wastewater, and waste‑management operations. Among her many certifications, she is an AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Water Efficiency Professional (WEP), LEED Accredited Professional and NJ Certified Benchmarking Professional.
Allison enjoys lakeside living as a wife and mother and she supports her husbands bee-keeping hobby.

Dr. Stephen Roosa, PhD
Dr. Stephen Roosa, Utility Advantage’s energy and sustainability consultant, draws on 35 years in the field, having directed $100 million in conservation and alternative‑energy work across 3,500+ facilities.
He also authored leading texts on sustainable development, carbon reduction, technology, and outreach experience
Stephen is also a composer of rock songs and plays the guitar.

Casey Fitzgerald
Casey Fitzgerald is an AEE Certified Energy Efficiency Practitioner (EEP) and NJ Certified Benchmarking Professional. Casey manages the state of New Jersey Benchmarking Help Desk for the state’s mandated program for all buildings 25,000 square feet and greater. He oversees the help desk team, conducts outreach to increase program awareness and participation, and provides reports to the NJBPU.
Casey joined Utility Advantage in 2022 as a Project Coordinator, where he was responsible for application processing and trade ally interface for Pepco & DPL’s Small Business Direct Install Programs, moving projects from intake to incentive payout while refining workflows to meet savings targets.

Andrea Pontani
Andrea Pontani handles application processing for Atlantic City Electric’s multi-family efficiency programs, moving projects from intake to incentive payout while refining workflows to meet savings targets.
She previously served as the lead Customer Service Representative for our New Jersey Benchmarking Program Help Desk operations. She supported the Program by responding to inquiries and tickets, processing exemptions, and ensuring accurate information in the program systems. She is proficient in the BEAM platform and is a NJ Certified Benchmarking Professional.
Prior to joining Utility Advantage, she brings 10+ years in the real estate industry.
Andrea started a dog-walking business as on off-shoot of her love for all animals.

Kelly Vazquez
Kelly Vazquez develops and manages the Trade‑Ally network for Atlantic City Electric’s energy‑efficiency programs, guiding C&I, institutional, and government customers toward rebate participation.
She brings 5+ years in project management and solar and facilities operations, she holds a Rutgers B.A. in Urban Studies and is a U.S. Army National Guard veteran (2000–2008).

Nikoleta Girgis
Nikoleta Girgis steers application processing for Atlantic City Electric’s Prescriptive and Custom C&I efficiency programs, moving projects from intake to incentive payout while refining workflows to meet savings targets.
Backed by seven years in utility‑incentive implementation—including coordination roles at DNV Energy USA—she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey‑Beacom College.

Dominique Iliescu
Dominique Iliescu leads outreach efforts for Atlantic City Electric’s commercial customer base, promoting energy efficiency programs through targeted marketing campaigns. She actively engages local businesses, attends trade events, and canvasses within the utility’s service area to raise awareness and drive participation.
With a strong background in sales and account management, Dominique previously served as Customer Success Manager at Classic Rock Fabrication.

Jarvis Perry II
Jarvis Perry brings over a decade of diverse experience in workforce development, project management, and public service to his work in the energy efficiency industry. His past roles include Workforce Development Specialist at Cecil College, Project Management Analyst at Exelon’s Delmarva Power, and Compliance Manager for the NJ Department of Labor & Workforce Development. Through these positions, Jarvis has developed a strong foundation in stakeholder collaboration, decision-making, and creating pathways to economic opportunity for underserved communities.
With a B.A. in Business Marketing from Lenoir Rhyne University, Jarvis applies his passion for equity, education, and community empowerment to help expand the reach and impact of Atlantic City Electric’s C&I energy efficiency programs. He joined Utility Advantage in 2025. Outside of his professional work, Jarvis enjoys traveling and training youth in basketball, combining mentorship with movement to inspire the next generation.

Robert J. Clark
Robert Clark is Senior Outreach Specialist, focusing on the advancement of Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Programs with Atlantic City Electric customers. With nearly 20 years of experience, he is a results-oriented strategic leader with a proven track record in program management, relationship development, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Utility Advantage, Rob worked for Atlantic City Electric (ACE), an Exelon company, as Senior Business Program Manager, where he represented the utility as its Statewide Coordinator. In this capacity, he served as the single point of contact for ACE, collaborating with NJ partner utilities on data collection, program maintenance, and development for residential and commercial & industrial energy efficiency programs across the state’s service areas. Other roles at Exelon included overseeing the Online Marketplace websites, the NJ EV Smart program and two demand response initiatives. He also has experience in Claims Case Management for Atlantic City Electric and New Jersey Transit.
Robert has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University. Outside of work, he enjoys watching and participating in sports and has a strong interest in automotive activities, including buying, selling, repairing, and racing vehicles.
