Laurie Wiegand-Jackson, President and Founder of Utility Advantage, presented the keynote address “For Such a Time as This” to the 2021 PSEG ISS Green Team program graduates.

 In her address, she highlighted the significant impact of climate change, the investments in innovation in climate action solutions, and the opportunities that it presents to the group of students from across the USA.  Sixty undergraduate students ranging from diverse backgrounds and 34 institutions of higher learning worked together to address today’s sustainability challenges in this unique program. The focus of the Green Team projects, in collaboration with twelve hosting organizations, revolved around carbon footprinting; energy auditing; food security; life cycle assessment; environmental justice; climate risk assessment; clean and renewable energies; stormwater management.  You can hear Ms. Wiegand-Jackson’s presentation on YouTube:
