Utility Advantage completed a detailed audit of the entire university campus comprised of over 30 buildings including classrooms, gymnasiums, cafeterias, offices, laboratories, field houses and dormitories.

Over six months, we conducted interviews with staff, completed site visits, inventoried equipment, completed analysis of energy conservation measures (ECM’s), and prepared the IGA report.

Our team utilized EMPEQ’s advanced tools for data collection using a secure application on their phones and tablets to enable a faster and more accurate data collection process. Once the initial set of ECM’s were identified, we refined the analysis and expanded the option of building automation system optimization.
The program provides a no cost assessment to qualified PSE&G customers with on-bill financing and incentives to defray the upfront costs for the efficiency upgrades.
